The Passenger Locator Form, is an online form, which must be completed before your travel. This online formular helps in the contact tracing. The Passenger Locator Form does not replace an Evisa and must be completed separately from the Evisa.

The UK government is removing all COVID19 international travel restrictions as from 18 March at 4am for all passengers, fully vaccinated or not vaccinated.
No more PCR test will be needed before departure and on arrival. Moreover, it will no longer be Mandatory to complete a p-l-f
Moreover, the vaccination certificate of 16 more countries, including China and Mexico, are recognized by the United Kingdom.
However, it is important to note that since Brexit, the passeport is compulsory since the 1st october 2021. The national identity card CNI is not sufficient.
Travelling to UK is now subject to some restrictions. Please read the UK government health advice and other guidelines for passengers traveling to the UK.
Important information when traveling to the UK:
Any traveler going to England from abroad (including UK nationals and UK residents) must show a negative COVID-19 test result within three days of leaving for England.
Complete your passenger tracking form at least 48 hours before arrival. You must declare on your passenger tracking form all the countries you have visited or through which you have passed during the 10 days preceding your arrival.
Consult the list of countries in red, orange and green zones before your departure as this list is constantly changing.
Passengers from countries in the red zone must:
1. Book a supervised quarantine package
2. Complete a passenger tracking form
Access is only granted to you if you are a UK or Irish national or have a UK residence permit. You must arrive through a designated port and observe a 10 day quarantine at a government approved hotel.
Passengers from countries in the orange zone must:
1. Book screenings for the second and eighth days
2. Complete a passenger tracking form
3. Plan to observe a quarantine of 10 full days in private accommodation from your arrival (or for the duration of your stay if it is less than 10 days)
Passengers from countries in the green zone must:
1. Book a screening for the second day
2. Complete a passenger tracking form
These measures are applicable to all persons (including UK nationals and UK residents) traveling to England from an area outside the Common Travel Area including UK, Ireland, UK Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. British Overseas Territories do not belong to the common travel area. Health requirements may vary depending on the nation of the UK in which you are staying.

Any failure to comply with these measures constitutes an offense and may result in a fine. Some exceptions to these measures exist. Carefully review the list of exemptions. You risk being fined by making bogus exemption requests.
