Following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions on 13 September 2022, there are no longer any requirements for travellers to be fully vaccinated in order to travel to New Zealand.
Furthermore, the New Zealand Traveller Declaration Form (NZ PLF) is no longer a mandatory document to have before traveling to New Zealand.
Even though a visa is not required to enter New Zealand as a tourist for up to 6 months, the traveller must apply for a New Zealand Travel Authority (NZeTA) before travel.
