The Multiple Immigration Form (FMM) – PLF for Mexico is a mandatory form which ALL passengers regardless of their nationality or immigration status, should apply prior to their travel in the country.
This health form facilities the entry to Mexico but it does not replace a visa. Please take note that as a tourist, your travel trip should not exceed 180 days. But, it is mostly the immigration officers at the point of entry who decides the number of days you will be allowed.
Neither a COVID-19 test nor self-isolation is required for entry in Mexico. Furthermore, a proof of vaccination status is also not obligatory to present at the immigration office. The Mexican Passenger Locator form is for a single entry only.
Once downloaded, the PLF should be kept by the traveller either printed or digitally on their phone and presented to the immigration officers upon arrival in Mexico.
